Frequently Asked Questions

Can I do this anywhere?

The plunge is driven by a chiller with an advanced filtration system that can reach as low as 37 degrees. It should be noted that many experts recommend 50 degrees as the ideal temperature for regular contrast therapy, and that is what we recommend for first time guests. It is designed for quiet operation, so it may take a few hours to reach your desired temperature after being filled for the first time.

Are there any requirements?

The Go Barefoot mobile sauna can be delivered to any private residence with a flat parking area measuring at least 10x20ft. If FedEx and Amazon can get up your driveway, so can we!

How hot is the Sauna?

Yes, we need a clear access driveway and a relatively flat parking area measuring a minimum of 10 x 20ft. We need a standard electrical plug outlet within 100ft of the parking spot. And we need access to a hose spigot to fill the cold plunge tub.

How cold is the Plunge?

The sauna is driven by a powerful Harvia Spirit stove from the leading Finish heater manufacturer and controlled by their advanced Fenix touch screen controller. We recommend 176 degrees as a good middle-of-the-road setting to accommodate advanced and novice guests. Adding water will instantly make it feel significantly warmer, so we recommend starting at lower temperatures and working your way up.
