Our electric stoves offer precise temperature control so you can decide how intense you want to make your experience. Two bench levels allow for more intense heat on the upper level, and a lower level if you need a pause.

Sauna and Cold Plunge are the core experience that come with every Barefoot Sauna rental. This contrast therapy offers a powerful punch of physical benefits and mental clarity. Those looking to enhance the experience and dive deeper into either recovery or relaxation can choose from a few additional packages.

Cold Plunge has important physiological and mental benefits. For many, the first plunge can be a real challenge, but within short order this becomes just as indispensable as the heat of a sauna. The physical response to cold immersion is often matched by a profound clarity of thought.

For us, there is no heat without cold. No sauna without the ensuing plunge. The balance of these two practices is central to our mission as a company, which is why every Go Barefoot mobile sauna is equipped with a cold plunge tub.

Everyone develops their own personal approach to sauna and cold plunge. Some appreciate its calming and relaxing properties. Others use it for athletic recovery. Some find it to be a beautiful setting for socializing and sharing amongst friends. Others enjoy solitary bliss.

Water

Important Requirements

The Go Barefoot mobile sauna runs on a very powerful electric sauna heater that is fully autonomous for approximately three hours before it needs to recharge on a standard wall outlet. You will need an outlet within 100ft of where the unit is parked if you would like to enjoy more than a single session.

Under typical circumstances, users can enjoy an evening session as soon as it has been delivered. The onboard battery will then recharge overnight and be ready for a morning session. It will then recharge during the day and be ready for an evening session...and repeat.

Likewise, we cannot transport water long distances and will need to fill your cold plunge tub with fresh water on arrival. A standard hose spigot is perfect.
